Who We Are
Body & Soul Retreat is South Florida's premier wellness center. Since 2001, we have brought healing through the power of touch and a unique blend of Western, Eastern, and Alternative therapy treatments. Our mission is to provide an inclusive and safe space for our clients to nurture the mind, body and soul. Our highly trained and certified therapists provide a customized approach to empower your wellness journey.

Inside the Retreat
At Body&Soul Wellness Retreat our goal is to provide all clients a calm and safe space to enjoy pure relaxation. To ensure all our clients enjoy their visit, we ask all patrons to please keep noise to a minimum. This includes setting phones to silent mode or turning them off when entering the retreat.
We encourage clients to dress comfortably and to please keep in mind that for many of our services, such as massages or facials, you will be asked to remove your jewelry during the service. For this reason we encourage clients to leave jewelry at home or keep jewelry to a minimum.
Body & Soul Wellness Retreat is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, please leave your valuables at home.
Booking a Service
For your convenience, there are a few different ways you can choose to book an appointment. Clients can access online booking through our website 24/7 by using the Book Treatment button on the top right of our webpage. We also offer booking via our Ai messaging system for those who prefer to text. And of course, clients can reach the front desk during business hours at (954) 796-0005 to book a service. Our team is happy to help walk you through questions or even recommend a service or therapist based on your needs. Please note it is our policy to place a credit card on file during the time of booking in order to hold your appointment on the schedule. If you plan to use a Body&Soul gift card for your service, clients are required to have their gift card or certificate present with them at the time of check-in. We cannot honor a gift card without the physical card present at time of payment.
We require all guests to complete their intake form prior to receiving a service. You will receive this form via text once you book your appointment. Any client under the age of 18 must have their intake form signed by their legal guardian and must be escorted by their legal guardian when in the retreat.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortening of the service time or rescheduling of the appointment (charges may apply). In cases where a client is more than 15 minutes late, we require the appointment be either changed or rescheduled. If there is no communication made to the spa about a late arrival, after 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled and automatically charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations
We offer a flexible cancellation policy for appointments and ask that clients notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to their appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. The best way to notify us is to call us during normal business hours and speak to a team member to ensure the cancellation has been received. If a client notifies us of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice we will consider that a same day cancellation. For same day cancellations a fee of 50% of the cost of the service will be applied in order to help compensate our therapists. For no show appointments, meaning the client does not come in for their appointment and does not provide notice, or for appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice, a fee of 100% of the cost of the service will be applied. When appointments are cancelled with little notice our therapists not only loses your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Refunds
All services, gift cards, retail products, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
All purchased gift cards for a dollar amount do not expire. Any promotional gift cards for a specific service carry an expiration date of 90 days, as stated on the reverse side of the promotional gift card. An expired promotional gift card will not be accepted. Gift cards purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers will not be honored and are not valid forms of payment. We are not liable for any lost funds used to purchase unauthorized gift cards. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be combined with other promotions. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Body & Soul Wellness Retreat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate any gift cards if fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. We encourage clients bring cash gratuity for our hardworking therapists, 100% of your cash gratuity is given to your therapist. In the event a client does not have cash we can add gratuity to a credit card or apple pay. The standard rate for gratuity is 20% of your service, but of course clients can leave what they feel is appropriate for the service they have received. Leaving gratuity via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App is up to the discretion of each individual therapist.
Refusal of Service
Body & Soul Wellness Retreat reserves the right to refuse services to any guest. Reasons for refusal include, but are not limited to, aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards staff and/or other patrons and failure to abide by any Body & Soul Wellness Retreat policy or guideline. Refusal of service will not result in a refund for any services rendered or fees applied.
Additional Policies
Guests are prohibited from conducting any of their own business activities on Spa premises. There is to be no soliciting for any reason. The spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest. The spa reserves the right to remove any guest from the premise and/or suspend/terminate the membership of any member who fails to follow spa etiquette and rules. This includes removal of the guest for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, or fraud. There will be no refunds issued in these instances.
